Τhe new Acropolis Museum

The Acropolis Museum is among the greatest in the world, as its collections include unique masterpieces and mostly original works of the archaic and classical Greek art, which are directly associated with the sacred rock of the Athenian Acropolis.

In June 2009 the official opening of the new Acropolis Museum took place.
